Third class DSL Service by PTCL Across Pakistan
This is not a first time that i’m writing this article against PTCL, there are various articles published already on Internet and News papers where people complaint about PTCL Broadband service, but none of the staff is serious to make action against these complaints.
Millions of reviews already published which shows un-seriousness of PTCL Engineers, Managers and Staff with its company. PTCL is the only company of Pakistan which provides a wired service and DSL broadband connection.
In this article, I’m complaining about DSL service across Jamshoro Sindh Pakistan, a well known Education City of the Sindh Province. Three main universities of the Sindh are in Jamshoro and all are using PTCL phone and DSL connection at their Home, Hostel and Offices.
If i tell you my Story, I’m using PTCL phone connection since 2000 and DSL connection since 2017 but after every second day i register a complain about DSL Slow connection and or DSL Frequest Disconnection Issue, but you will surprised to know that after a huge complaints about DSL conncetion, none of the office is serious to take action about repetition of complaints.
When you goto Telephone exchange located in Sindh University near Administration Block, you will again feel that the staff come into office after 12:00 noon. Again no-one is there to ask, why they come late in afternoon? If you dial 1218 and talk with operator to register a complain about staff, they will not register it. Why? we have rights to complain about staff if we find any miss behave or time issue.
What PTCL want to prove with this behave with their customers? if they are not able to resolve the issue, they must leave that position because they don’t know how to resolve that issue.
I know, I cant to anything with this post, but i request all of my reader to please post your comments and share this with your friends so that we can reach the high authority to take action against these issues or they simply tell us that they are not able to resolve these issues.
