Standard Trainer Terms of Reference Course Delivery Deliver lectures, workshops, and hands-on labs as per curriculum. Use interactive, practical, industry-relevant methods and case studies. Balance theory, practicals, and project mentoring. Session Management Be punctual; maintain discipline and accurate attendance. Ensure labs are set up (software/devices/connectivity). Provide accessible support (printed slides, captions, larger fonts). Content Preparation Prepare lesson plans, slides, exercises, and materials beforehand. Adapt content for varying skill levels; keep materials updated. Student Assessment Design quizzes, assignments, projects per policy; grade fairly. Provide timely, constructive feedback.
