Session Management
Be punctual; maintain discipline and accurate attendance.
Ensure labs are set up (software/devices/connectivity).
Provide accessible support (printed slides, captions, larger fonts).
Content Preparation
Prepare lesson plans, slides, exercises, and materials beforehand.
Adapt content for varying skill levels; keep materials updated.
Student Assessment
Design quizzes, assignments, projects per policy; grade fairly.
Provide timely, constructive feedback.
Student Mentorship
Guide students: LinkedIn (PITP under Education), freelancing profile, portfolio, CV.
Reporting & Conduct
Weekly progress reports; report challenges promptly; attend coordination meetings.
Maintain professionalism and inclusivity; follow policies (attendance, plagiarism, data privacy). Allow AI tools with citation. No mid-course withdrawal except emergencies with notice and substitute.
